Loved how close we were to Grand Central but 42nd St. Is very busy. Osteria Lugona just down the road is amazing!!! But it seemed like there was limited places to eat. Toilet paper and tissues were horrible quality, bath towels were on the small side and they over tuck in the sheets on the bed. The 4 pillows on the bed was wonderful & the beds were comfortable. The TV was live TV only, you couldn't sign into Netflix or anything. I hadn't realize how irritating live TV was lol. If there was a breakfast of some sort, we didn't find it. Not a big deal, but if there was one... Signage or communication in the room would have been helpful. The staff is the absolute best!! Kind, courteous, helpful, they were all great! Unfortunately, and we didn't say anything and we should, but there was this very loud, very annoying bang almost every 60-90 minutes at night. I mean loud! A good night's sleep was impossible. Overall, staying here again probably won't happen but it is a decent hotel. Better toilet paper please!
