Nice hotel, quiet location. We did find it to be a little outside of things and not easy to get to by subway but if you are looking to be nearby it’s a nice spot. Only downside was the bathroom was sooo cold and not at all heated and the ventilation in there was poor without opening the window to the winter outside.

I shared issues with the room interrupting my ability to easily sleep in the room, with your staff and was told they would be taken care of. When I returned the next night nothing had been done. When I checked out I informed the desk agent that the issues still persisted and they apologized. I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me which always is after a stay and it never arrived. I've stayed here several times so I'm not sure if something has changed but this was not a positive experience and makes me look elsewhere now when I stay in the area for work which is monthly.

We would definitely stay here again. It was so convenient and there were great restaurants nearby. The only thing that I would recommend was the pull out couch that my son slept on definitely needs to be updated as it has seen better days. However, the staff was great and the rooms were nice.
