Don't normally leave a review but this hotel was amazing. Right in the centre of the city yet really quiet inside. We felt really safe and comfortable. The room was beautiful as was the whole hotel. The staff was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for 5 nights and will definitely be back! I loved that we were so close to Empire State Building and walking distance from many places likes Times Square. The Latino man at the front desk in the morning and afternoon was so welcoming. Cherry on top was that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before checkin. We arrived in NY early morning and did not want to haul around our luggage around the streets. We did not use the subway but there was an entrance at the corner of the hotel so that transportation option was great. Also, the hotel was walking distance from Penn Station where we were dropped off from the Uber Shuttle from La Guardia Airport (affordable airport transportation!!) Overall a wonderful stay. I highly recommend!

AMAZING! The highlight for me was definitely the room. It was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bed was so cozy, and the decor was nice, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The room also had great amenities, including a fantastic shower and luxurious toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit to New York!
