Noisy, our room on the 5th floor faced a large AC unit vent and it was very loud you could hear it all night. the in room AC was loud too, but at least that can be switched off. One night of drilling in the building or the building next door till past the 11 pm. It's an older hotel, could use some paint touch ups, linen with stains/burn holes should be discontinued!

Do not book this hotel unless you want to have a miserable evening - hall ways are about 3ft wide with no AC- elevator was disgustingly dirty and moldy - every handle was greasy. No pressure in the shower - Luke warm water that would become a trickle if any other room flushed their toilet. Balcony was more like a fire escape looking thing - I wouldn’t dare step into it. I emailed manager demanding a refund for myself and my colleague. No answer. Biggest waste of money - will go to BBB to report them - they are NOT a luxury hotel. Shower floor moldy Stains on pillows as well. YUK!

The stay was Awesome… I was little nervous at first… when I called the hotel to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel before check in so we can make our show at 2:00 the person on the phone answer my question. I asked the person for their name “ my name isn’t important and hung up on me” just like that.. I was confused by this person actions.. so I was anxious how the hotel experience was going to be.. overall it was pleasant once we checked in and checked out

It was my husband’s first time in the city. We enjoyed the unique-ness of this hotel and that it wasn’t like a standard hotel we might have stayed anywhere else. It really helped to show off city life.

The pictures on their website were extremely deceiving. It said one bed and one pull out bed on the description and when we walked in the room it was a bed and a 30 inch wide Lazyboy chair that could lay flat. When asked to be refunded the workers would say they cant because the manager is here. They said come back tomorrow but i was only in town for one night

Good location and pretty quiet, but close to attractions. Bed was comfortable, check in was easy and room was clean. The private balcony was very tiny. Only two people could stand on it very close to each other. Check out was easy.
