We loved our time at the Hilton Naples. The bus shuttle to the beach was extremely useful and you are walking distance to some nice places to eat. The pool was lovely. Our only complaint was the food situation at the pool. The hotel pool gets its food from the separately owned restaurant at the hotel. When you are at the pool you are ONLY allowed to eat food from that restaurant which is delivered to the pool. The food is delicious, but it is very expensive and huge portions. No real snack options and we weren’t allowed to order from kids menu to get a smaller meal. We feel it’s really inappropriate to have this kind of arrangement. We couldn’t even snack on a bag of crisps! Feel it’s overly restrictive for such a lovely hotel.
