Find Mid Beach hotels

No one was helpful at the front desk. The room was not very comfortable. It wasn’t clean. The floor had not been mopped or vacuumed. It was filthy mold in the showers areas outside were a little better but the lounge chairs are rickety. It’s cute on the surface on the Saturday night of my stay, even though I was in a female Room a male came in at 12:30 while some of us were completely undressed. He just walked in it was very disturbing.

Stay was excellent. Room a little underwhelming but clean and the rest of the hotel is lovely. People EXTREMELY lovely. Only complaint is food too expensive.

Do not stay here - terrible staff, zero customer service, run-down hotel. Staying as a hotels.com platinum member AND Radisson VIP member this was a terrible experience for a week in Miami. There is no way on Earth this is a 4-star hotel. It is a 2-star at best, on a good day. Staff are TERRIBLE. They do not want to help guests or make you feel welcome at all. We stayed in a suite which had a microwave, but no plates/cutlery so so I called the front desk to ask for 2x plates and some forks to be sent up so we could heat up some food but they refused because the bar was closed at 11.30pm. I told them my wife was sick but Patricia at the front desk literally just said it doesn't matter the bar is closed and that she can't help. Staff have to be told how to help guests, BY THE GUESTS, rather than them taking any sort of initiative. On the front desk, maybe 2 people speak proper English, the rest are non-native English speakers so don't understand anything you are asking. The room size was great, but lighting really poor so it was dark most of the time. there is no shower cubicle, just a bathtub with a fixed shower-head. I expect much better in a suite at a 4-star hotel. Bathroom was very dated too as well as the room. Will never stay here again and will actively tell others to avoid this hotel.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and professional. Where it could be an improvement is the little things that make Nobu an upper echelon like it promotes compared to the Ritz, Peninsula, Waldorf etc. if I’m going to lay $10.50 for a bottle of water in the gift shop I should get that level. Lack of towels in fitness Cntr, long wait for front desk, asking permission to get into the locker room in spa when we have keys that can do this. Changing a dinner res was little difficult too…but it was done. Staying at other Nobu locations this one didn’t meet that level. Mgr was helpful when I brought this to his attention…but overall for spring break they need more staff attending things you get for this price, especially one that adds a $49/day resort fee.

Ocean front suite, bathroom in desperate need of an update. Smokers on balcony next door. Loud ‘neighbors’ and people all night, extremely noisy. Food is good. Staff mostly not friendly.
