Check in was painful. Paid for city view. View out our window was a wall with construction netting on it. Think our room was below ice maker on floor above. No parking. Forced to pay $50.00 per day for valet.

This was a beautiful hotel and spa with beach access… wish we could have stayed in the area longer so we could have seen more of Miami Beach but we were just there for the night and didn’t leave the hotel property and still had a great time… the restaurant and bars were a little pricey but we were well taken care of and enjoyed our dinning experiences…

We love the service, the lounge was first come first serve and they could hold only for 30min, also was very rare that they give you lounge covers and towels not 1 per person but as many as you want and you can change during the day. Definitely we would like to visit again.
