Fantastic lobby, but things start falling apart when you leave the lobby. Many things not working in room, webpage not updated causing problem when met for breakfast yet the water view restaurant hasn’t served breakfast for awhile yet still advertised on web page. Some of staff were very helpful, others argumentative or just acted annoyed. Food was consistently poor at room service, dining, and take away stand. The managers are clearly not actually managing. Go next door instead.

Limited hotel amenities, property had several examples of in-room water damage, unfixed cosmetic issues including peeling paint and cracks in tile fixed with caulking. Pretty disappointing stay on many levels. Power at electrical outlets was insufficient to power a curling iron. Would not recommend to friends/family.

Nestled in the heart of Miami Beach you will find a hidden gem-The Eden Roc Hotel on the very populated Collins Avenue. From the time I arrived, the staff outside opened my door, greeted me and helped me with my luggage and directed me to check in and kept my luggage safe. I checked in and the Eden Roc representative was so friendly, nice & accommodating. The room was central in the building so it overlooked the pool and ocean with a wrap around terrace so I could also look at the inter-coastal view. The room was beautiful, sparkling clean and had plenty of towels, soaps and amenities. The room attendants were nice and helpful. I had a light meal and drink in the lobby and that was lovely too. The property intercepts with the Nobu Hotel so I dined at Nobu for breakfast one day-which was nice. I highly recommend this hotel property to experience a special vacation. Thanks Eden Roc!

Rooms are spacious but dated; 4th floor balcony was old concrete with little furniture. There was also construction going on so could not even use balcony. Pool area is the highlight and excellent with nice beach area as well. Overpriced for food but to be expected. But $75 per day to use locker room is nuts

Nightmare experience at Eden Roc

I have horrible experience stay at Eden Roc hotel when i have high expectations for my vacation with my daughter first at check in i wait till 5pm to get the key to my room my daughter already crangky. At 11pm when my daughter got to shower suddenly the water got shut down without any notice when i call the front desk they say the whole building got shut down without any notice just wow i used bottles water a lot of bottles water to finish my daughter shower and clean my face brush my teeth. At 12am loud drilling sound near my room call the front desk again and they say will check on it. At 3am im wake up cause sweating and at 4am i call the front desk again why my AC not working suddenly shut down. At 5am the engineer come to my room fix the AC filter my daughter wake up and cant go sleep again same thing to me and i got headache so badly no good sleep. Im reaching hotel.com agents and they respond well to give me key cash money and call eden roc for my complaint. The good thing at check out the hotel manager name Miss Chamise Allen very2 nice and helpful with giving me one night refund and apology to me with nice gesture lucky this hotel having her as manager cause others front desk person not helpful i keep reach hotel.com and the hotel regarding my refund whole day imagine having vacation at $600 a night resort and having all this experience is like nightmare ruined my vacation with my daughter i feel bad for her to having all this unpleasant experience.

Property was beautiful. So many pools and a lot of accommodations available to guests traveling in from other states such as chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Views were spectacular hope to be back again soon!

they will ride you for everything. they will charge you for everything, even a smile. beach chairs, swimming pool and pool chairs, WiFi, even your room coffee machine. the small mini fridge is not to be used and if you touch something it's wifi automatically charged to your room. restaurant are extremely expensive, not very good and it take for evers to get your "cold" dishes. 2 pinacalada ar the pool bar 55.00$ and to top it all off you have to rent the beach chairs umbrellas separately 34.00 a day. 30 minutes by car from downtown. and when you get there, they will slap you with a 40 to 80 $ for parking. resume, yhe hole miami thing is a big joke.
