The hotel in general is really nice including the grounds and rooms. The staff is friendly and would generally do what you ask for.. The big downside is that by 1pm you will have no sun by the pool at all as the building is blocking it….

The property is beautiful with four pools and the beach to choose from. The downside is the ridiculous pricing. $20 for a dmall cocktail. $22 for a flatbread appetizer. $18 for the smallest can of Monster and a package of 6 mini cookies and $34 for breakfast buffet. It was cheaper to order from Door Dash

The front desk staff were amazing, friendly, cheery, helpful, and efficient. Room was clean and lovely. Super quiet-did not hear neighbors or people in the hall. Bathrooms and pool areas were clean. Beach staff was friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. 3rd time staying at this hotel in Miami and will stay again.

Not coffee in the room but great hotel

Clean but not coffee in the room. Called room service and It took long time to get it. Deceiving coming from a 4 star hotel. Otherwise, the rest was flawless.

Staff are great and friendly. Topped up the ice in my bucket of beer with out being asked. Also, when I had an issue with my shower drain they moved me to a suite. A classy move, and I'm sure most places today wouldn't do much.
