I stayed for two nights. I went to check in around 3:50 pm and my room was not ready until 4:46pm. Got to the room and it was not the view I had requested, to accommodate they gave me the option to change to the room I requested for 1 night. When I was at the pool, twice, they did not bring my order until a couple hours had passed. I did like the hotel stay but customer service was terrible.

Every employee & staff member we encountered was a top notch professional. Super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Grounds were impeccable. Beach area was great crystal clear water and great staff. Stayed in 21st floor suite and view was great.

The best birthday at Eden Roc

On my birthday I was waiting for the car with my husband and a member of the staff asked me if this was my birthday because I had a vase with flowers. We introduced to him and my surprise was that Salvador sent me a birthday cake with Gwendaline. She not only broth the cafe but she sang a Happy Birthday to me with an incredible voice. I really enjoyed this amazing detail.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The staff were super friendly and always greeting us, opening doors, and guiding us when we needed any kind of help. The room was a great stay and good on cleanliness. I would say they need to update the bathroom floors and wood area looked like it was dirty but was just water damage.
