Pool and beach service was great, room service, and very nice staff. I was carded once by the pool bar, which was just a little inconvenient because I didn’t have my id on me and the room was on the 10th floor(I’m 28). Other than that. A+ There was a security deposit of $600 for my stay that is taken at check in. I stayed 3 nights so $200 a night but it can be used towards towards amenities or food and dining at the resort and you get back what’s left over.

I had an amazing stay at Eden Roc in Miami! This hotel is truly excellent — from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful design, the cleanliness, and the incredible views of the ocean. But what really stood out was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was professional and genuinely helpful. The location is also perfect — right on the beach and close to everything Miami has to offer. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable.

The hotel overall was nice, would not give it more than 3 stars. The fact that the hotel charges $45 daily resort fee but on top of that they have the audacity to charge additional $40 for umbrellas if we want to stay at the beach. This is outrageous. Chairs and umbrellas need to be included in the stay especially for the hotel guests. The pools were packed so we didn’t even use the pool at all for all 5 days we were there. Either way we had to pay the daily resort fee. The guys at the beach check in were wonderful and were always checking in on us to make sure we were doing ok. At the end when we checked out, the African American girl at the front desk didn’t even bother to ask how was our stay. Very limited food options , also the hotel was a 20 min walk from the night life so not ideal if you’re looking to grab a quick bite to eat somewhere or just walk around and do some shopping. All in all , would give it 3 stars . Definitely not coming back as we felt it was way overpriced for what it was . Many hotel options around the area that are cheaper and much better hospitality l.
