I stay at this resort everytime I’m in Miami it’s like home the rooms are very nice clean and the best views ! The staff is unbelievable amazing .. Joao at the front desk is amazing Luis the massage therapist is the best I cannot express how happy I am at this hotel always the staff at the nobu restaurant is also just so attentive and accommodating! 10 ⭐️ from Murryanna and Dominique can’t wait to visit again !

We arrived at the hotel and were supposed to have a one bedroom suite for a special occasion staycation. The patio/balcony of the room overlooked the garbage dump of the hotel next door and had noxious odors and the patio was dirty and had makeshift furniture from the banquet facilities set up because there was no proper furniture. The windows were covered in salt, and the entire balcony was unkept. We complained and were promptly moved. So that part was fine. But the overall first impression of the hotel was not so good. Valet parking in addition was $60.00. So watch out for that because that is completely outrageous. Other than that, the restaurants were good, the beach was good and the pool areas were good. Didn't go to the spa.

High end, smells very nice! Helpful staff, lobby is very busy. Valet parking only at $60 per day. There is public parking next door at $20 per day but it’s right next to the beach so depending on when you need to park there may not be an open spot. The room is clean and the beds comfortable.

Disappointing stay

We arrived and checked in. Waited an hour for luggage in the room and decided to collect it ourselves. The pool was so busy. They allow people from outside to use the facilities. Then two conferences arrived so there were business people wondering around having meetings with laptops around the pool

I've stayed at this property a few times and the experience has been consistent. The location is great, apart from large crowds, and I've always felt safe. The common areas, facilities, pool, and beach are kept clean and well appointed. I will say the restaurant prices are a bit pricey but I don't mind as much for the luxury experience. There are plenty of restaurants a short distance off property and the food delivery services are another efficient option. Overall, this property is worth it.
