Property location is great, close to a lot. Outside corner is dark at night and men sit on this ledge of like a patio thing they have and cat call women. On arrival which was at night when it was dark wasnt sure where front door was at first. Need better signs. Place is very clean. Room was nice besides the VERY strong smell of cologne. Wasnt sure if it was a deodorant in the room or what but gave me headache first night. Told the front desk girl the next day unfortunately with the language barrier it took a bit of discussion to get her to understand, there was no way to open a window to air it out or anything. She did have the cleaning people come the next day. It helped a little. My guess is the guest before me maybe spilled cologne some where in room. The light displays on the microwave and refrigerator were so bright in the room at night right across from the bed I had to use bathroom towels to cover them up to be able to sleep. Loved the shower head in the shower though! One morning breakfast was inside next couple days it was outside. Breakfast is pretty basic stuff, but better than nothing. Champagne hour which is nice. But signs say its downstairs in lobby, but then it was upstairs on pool deck. Kind of confusing where everything was from day to day. They offer free bike rentals which was nice. Bed in my room was definitely firm. And sits pretty low to floor. Pillows were great. Options on firmness with a bunch of those. Roof top pool area was nice.

I stayed there for a night...the room I was originally given had a huge puddle in the room as of the fridge stopped working and leaked all over the floor...they changed my room and that room didnt have a working TV...didnt complain but other than that the room was adequate.

Smooth Delivery

This is a fun place with rooftop lounge (sometimes with DJs), impressive rooftop pool, nice for a few laps with hot and bubbly jacuzzi, great location next to Walgreen's, acai bowls, and all ocean drive restaurants. Also right on the beach starting at Lumus park if you want catch some waves, pump some weights or do some calisthenics. Of course you have the amazing trails if you want to bike. Thank you especially to Jessica and Marcos. The views from the balconies were perfection, whether you are in the suite or in the penthouse. The place is getting a serious make over and there are even more improvements on the horizon. No room service yet or on--site restaurant but that should be available soon.

We stayed here the night before our cruise, directly across from South Beach public entrance. Parking is expensive, it’s $30 every five hours which is the only tough part for this stay.
