There was only one elevator working. Pool was not open and I was notified after I booked. I asked for an upgrade as it was a special occasion. They said yes. It ended up being a 2 - double bed room. For me and my partner. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Location is very good.

Staff was nice. Room was terrible, no heat only AC to the max with so much condensation everything felt wet in the room. Elevators didn’t work. Room was dirty and failing apart. Sink faucet was loose and falling off, toilet running constantly. No parking and no amenities.
