Nasty, Filthy and Dirty hostel for Homeless People. Do not believe the good reviews, they are LIED just like the fake photos. I booked for 2 nights and I had to checkout immediately the next day because the place was so filthy, as soon i walked into the room, the strong mold and mildew smell came to my face, the room was filled with garbage everywhere, the sink is clogged with dirty water , I couldn’t take a shower after a long day out, I checked in at midnight and was told they are full and i can’t switch room and was charged for a shared bed with 8 people is outrageous, I asked for refund and they refused. Shame on you charged me a dirty bed packed with 8 people, . Never ever again book with any hotel that has the name “Freehand” I decided to report my complaint to the city of Miami Florida Department (DBPR), I urged them hotel freehand Miami needs to shutdown immediately for a DEEP Cleaning and impose code violation fines. I do not recommend this place and rude workers . I still don’t understand how people rate it good unless it’s fake

great location and pool

This is not your typical hostle. the commonareas are shared by 3 restaurants. The parking is a royal pain in the butt if you drive here. They dont have any parking or parking passes so you have to park public which requires you to renew every three hours for the duration of the trip. the room was fine but my roomates were filthy. The staff was nice about providing towels. I feel like the price was very reasonable for the location.

Little gem with great courtyard.

Great place to stay in Miami beach that was affordable. Location was perfect to walk around, and bus stop just across the road. My wife love the Starbucks was less than a 5 minute walk. Court yard with pool was one of the best I have ever enjoyed. Be forewarned, our room let in a lot of outside noise. Traffic, music...

I like this place , is Clean , nice pool and bars . The only funny thing they do , and it happen everytime I stay here ! They Charge you 5$ as a deposit and they always say you will get it back when you check out and you will never get it back. Hahaha I know it’s only 5$ , but they can just be honest to people and say that they just like to charge extra 5$ for no Reason ! 5$ from each client is a lot of money they take it by scam. Other than that it’s cool hostel.
