People were nice but the actual room had little to no air conditioning making it stifling hot and unbearable. The room was pretty small for 2 people and in a very rundown area. If you have a 1 night stay , it should be fine but anything more, I would not recommend.

Building and pool is falling apart and not very clean. Staff is not friendly or very helpful. The bath tub was beyond gross and the ac didn’t work hardly at all. The elevators looked ready to break any minute. Do not stay here. It obvious they don’t want to put any money into fixing or maintaining this hotel.

When we arrived no one was waiting and we need to wait 30 minutes for our room key because it was not ready... When I ask again, another person told me... Oh Yes Sir, your room has been ready the whole time... The next morning our room keys were not working, one of my daughter shopping bag disappear on our second day. On the promotion it say, breakfast included, but is not 100% free, you need to paid 16 bucks, that is not bad, but is not included as advertise. Overall we are not happy...
