We tried to go to the pool, and there were not available towels. I had to wait a while at the reception area before someone came out front from the back office. I notified them that there were no towels and it took more than an hour for someone to bring them. The bathrooms need renovations. They look old specially the bathtub. It’s an ok hotel if you have your own car and just plan to spend the night there, but make plans to go to other areas of Miami. I got a good price for the 2 nights I stayed, so as they say: “You get what you pay for”.

Tv & refrigerator was broken. Tub was dirty I had to call for service for cleaning and change sheets, but lines were constantly busy, inconvenient, so I had to go down with one working elevator and a line. No soap, one set of towels, 2 roaches. Just a no for me.

I unfortunately did not feel safe or comfortable at this property. Elevators weren’t working and I stayed on the 10th floor. Room and property felt and looked icky. Definitely would not stay again.
