Honestly for anyone looking for a quick night to rest your head - room was clean. Whole hotel seemed recently updated/renovated. Everything in my room was new or recently new. The tub in the bathroom looked a little old and scary. Other than that, no complaints really

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy carpets, dirty bathroom floors, and an overcrowded lobby that felt more like a shelter than a hotel, with people seemingly living there full-time. They should have paid me to stay there. Completely overpriced for such a dump. Zero stars — avoid at all costs.

We have stayed at other Holiday Inns in several states and unfortunately had our worst experience here. Despite Florida experiencing its coldest weather the week of our stay, hotel staff made no accommodation for heat for hotel guests. Rooms were freezing especially at night. No space heaters were provided. We had to request extra blankets several times before we received them. The TV stopped working on our 2nd day. We had to call front desk several times for them to send a technician to fix it. When we reported these issues and requested assistance, it seemed they were dismissed and minimized by the manager and concierge staff. Rooms and elevators seemed old and had peeling paint. The housekeeping staff were not attentive with cleaning the room daily. Unlike other holiday inns, breakfast was not included. Due to all these issues we experienced, we would not stay at this location again.
