Everything was great the staff interaction was amazing, they even give me a notification call of my shuttle departure. what I really liked was that there was no noise, you could hear a pin drop. They offered us a quick to go nutrition pack as we were leaving before breakfast,to make sure we keep our energy up. That says they care about there clients. and a lovely smile wishing us safe travels. Definitely a place I would stay again.

The property was undergoing renovations, but there were no disturbances or inconvenience from it. Breakfast options were a little limited, but it got the job done. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Free airport shuttle was very convenient. The pool was a little chilly for me, but kid enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Our flight was 3 hrs late so by the time we arrived, local restaurants were closed. Tried DoorDash, but they never showed. None of this was the hotel's fault, just part of an unpleasant experience for my family. Hotel room was clean and adequate for our needs, despite hotel's undergoing renovations. Complimentary breakfast was a welcome surprise for my hungry family. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would we stay here again? Probably not, if we can avoid Miami altogether for our next cruise.

The room was satisfactory. However, in the bathroom, nothing was provided other than the shampoo & body wash. All hotels I have stayed at would provide body cream and other lotions. Having said that, the staff were amazing, and the breakfast was excellent. nothing to complain about. I certainly would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Miami, who needs a cost effective place to stay close to the Airport.

We arrived at our room and discovered that the toilet did not work. I went to the front desk to inform them of this, I was handed a plunger and told 'Hopefully, you can fix it'. I actually did attempt to fix it, still wouldn't work. Tried the shower and that did not function either. Once again told the front desk, asked if there was another room we could move to. Told no, no other rooms available, I was also told I could not get a refund as we booked through Expedia. We checked their website, there was another room available. On the 4th round of talking with the front desk, she admitted there was another room but she still refused to move us. We had her call her manager, and we were finally given another room, no apology for the hour long ordeal.

The hotel was being renovated, which I understand, the staff at night were very helpful. They said I could get a late check out at 1 PM. Next day morning when I went down, I had to go to work. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk of the late checkout.. She said absolutely not.. I told her I was happy to pay for an extra two hours. Which she refused.. I told her that the night before staff had said it was OK, she said they had no right to do that and she was the daytime manager. So I ended up having to pay an extra night $120 , so I could check out at 3 PM. Customer service daytime manager zero.. paint fumes and debris on the floor and in the elevators. Not good enough with this customer service.

The hotel is under full renovation and we were not told this fact by anyone. The carpets are all being ripped up. The second and third floors smell of mildew. It was absolutely awful.
