We arrived at our room and discovered that the toilet did not work. I went to the front desk to inform them of this, I was handed a plunger and told 'Hopefully, you can fix it'. I actually did attempt to fix it, still wouldn't work. Tried the shower and that did not function either. Once again told the front desk, asked if there was another room we could move to. Told no, no other rooms available, I was also told I could not get a refund as we booked through Expedia. We checked their website, there was another room available. On the 4th round of talking with the front desk, she admitted there was another room but she still refused to move us. We had her call her manager, and we were finally given another room, no apology for the hour long ordeal.
