I recently stayed one night at the EB Miami Hotel. The room itself was a highlight—clean, with a decent amount of space and very comfortable beds. I also appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of Kierra during check-out. She was clear, courteous, and made the process smooth.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The area surrounding the hotel looked sketchy and run-down, which made me feel uneasy. The check-in process was particularly poor. Cinthia, the staff member handling check-in, was rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t acknowledge me as I waited in line, didn’t greet me or explain the hotel’s amenities, and spoke so low I could barely understand her. I only discovered the on-site restaurant by chance later on. To make matters worse, she failed to provide a parking pass, which meant I had to walk all the way back from the garage to get one—with no apology for the inconvenience.
Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. Despite a few positives, the lack of hospitality and professionalism from the front desk left a lasting negative impression.
