I didn’t like the room ,my husband was sick and they put us on the upper floor with lots of stairs in the last room 257.. he had to force himself to take up the luggage .. the staff seemed very reluctant ,their attitude and their facial expressions when you ask a question,not helpful at all .. never going back there

handicapped (use a walker). plane was delayed so got in after 10:30 no shuttle. clerk put us in 609 room farthest away from front desk behind swimming pool - no frig or microwave. almost no air conditioning . clerk told us ONLY shuttle to cruise ship was at 8am. found out later there was one at 12:30. our check in time was 1 to 1:30 -- booked next week 2 days got great room and great clerk close to front with frig and microwave.

We arrived a day early and the hotel front staff helped us with getting a room a day early. By morning we cancelled the rest of our days because there were to many roaches in the room and I couldn't sleep thinking about them. My husband killed about 5-6 during the night I could stay another night. They were good at reimbursing my money back for the night I stayed early. Before I can go to the front desk the next morning a hold was already on my card for the other nights i had originally booked for. The clerk did release the gold which took almost a week to come back to my card

Shuttle from hotel to the boat port is first come first serve basis.it’s not advisable for clients who are from other country or have flights that will arrive later because they will not accommodate you once their list on that day is full.They should still provide the shuttle whatever it takes because people booked and chosen that hotel thinking that it will be more comfortable for them to have the shuttle as that is what instated in their adds.

The lady at reception treated us with a bad attitude and gave us the wrong direction to the room. Clogged sink, did not drain well, bathtub and toilet in poor condition. Not that important, but the TV screen was blue. The hotel offer transportation to the airport, they had ton all us and another guest a taxi, we waited 2 hrs for the shuttle it never shows. Another young lady has to call Lyft, she was late for her flight.
