Old & not well kept up … the shuttle drivers were nice but unorganized … tried several times to contact front desk from MIA about when the shuttle would arrive but they never once answered the phone - shuttle info on website was outdated and incorrect… I would never stay at this hotel again!!

This property had roaches in the rooms, thought, roaches in the room, what about the dining room, kitchen, and other rooms. They did offer another room but of course I thought about throughout the facility

This place had bedbugs and then they didn’t have their property manager on site to even help anybody. I had to wait three days to get my refund. Super disappointed with this day.
