The property seemed to be fine until at night. When the ants and roaches came out, went to the front desk for bug spray and they had none move to another room and still had more ants and was not happy, checked out the next day.

Ant problem

I really don’t have a preference in hotels my wife is more picky than I am, I usually just choose the cheapest option to save a buck. I guess in this situation I was a little regretful. There is an ant problem here. The room was full of tiny little ants on the floors, countertops, bathroom. I would not stay here again. Staff was nice, but the rooms are outdated and some of the furniture is broken.

Don't understand the three star rating, this hotel should be at most a two star. Bathroom floors and toilet were filthy, and shower had no water pressure. Mattress was shot squeaked every time you moved, and room had a musty smell.

An emergency caused us to need accommodations and the hotel was nearby and available. WE had a trailer attached to the car and the desk clerk found me a place to park so that we could easily exit the space. That made our stay a little more comfortable.

It Always Looks Better in the Pictures

"You never get a second chance to make a good first impression." My good first impression was marred by the VERY LOUD music someone at the pool chose to share with everyone ... whether they wanted to hear it or not. Our room was just feet away from the pool and specifically what must have been the only power supply on the pool deck. I called the front desk about the noise, and contrary to their own handout about hotel policies, the impression I got was that they would not ask the man playing the loud music to turn it down in consideration of other guests. Since I did not want to change to an upstairs room, we chose to stay in the original room. Fortunately, we went out for dinner soon after arrival and by the time we returned, the people and their music were gone. Saved me from having to waste law enforcement's time coming out to enforce the motel's own policies. Other than that, not too bad. The bed was a little lumpy. Weak stream but hot water in the shower. Water from bathroom sink faucet sprayed a little. Good supply of outlets and ports for device connectivity. Probably would not stay here again.

We had to move hotels mid trip. All of the staff were cordial, helpful, and kind. It was super clean, quiet, & comfotable. The pool was clean and easily accessible. Housekeeping or other requests, can be made at any time via text. The have on site, washer/dryer, a pool, and offer full breakfast options every morning from 7-9.

Had to find a hotel room because access to the Keys was closed. This was available and served the purpose. The property is dated but room was clean. Other guests were pretty noisy but not sure what you do about that.

During my Stay at Garden in the housekeeper assigned to our room would make sure we had towels and was also very polite. Front desk made check in easy! My 3 week stay was great!

Great budget option

A great budget option! Beds were comfortable , floors aren’t carpet which is nice and feels clean, front desk is hard to reach - sometimes you call with no answer, shower and headboards need updating but is all functional. Housekeeping is great when it comes but inconsistent. Overall a safe, clean comfortable place to stay.
