Room was great and felt clean- con that we didn’t have a microwave in our room but there was one in the lobby. Some staff was great. Breakfast is a little limited and is only 6-9am and staff can be stingy with bringing out more breakfast items by 8:40. Not too far from downtown by car.

Room was clean. Waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle. Got there in the evening and lost the opportunity for a shuttle to the port in the morning. Breakfast was a good spread, just very very busy.

Breakfast is alright. The vending machine needs to be restocked. There is no water bottle left in the vending machine on my floor. I had to get water from the lobby. The front desk service can be more customer-oriented ( attentive attitude). The restaurant flies all over the floor near the door.

Our vehicle was broken into parked right in front of the hotel. They broke a window and took our entire center dash piece with stereo, navigation, heat and AC controls. The staff seemed unsurprised and not very helpful. General manager was out of town and apparently that's the only person that can release camera footage to the police. After reading previous reviews, another vehicle was broken into just 5 days before. Apparently this is a reoccurring event AND you pay for parking in an unmonitored parking lot which they failed to mention. Not safe for vehicles!
