Ok stay. Water pressure needs attention.

We arrived very late after a delayed flight. I called the hotel and the desk staff assured me the late check in would be ok - which was helpful and appreciated. The stay was ok otherwise, nothing exciting in our short time there. My only major complaint was the water pressure in the shower... which was extremely low and not ideal. Due to the shower issue, I would most likely stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is very nice and clean with free breakfast and free shuttle pick up from the airport and also free shuttle transport to the cruise terminal. That is the A+ convenient for big family with kids. Super super friendly and helpful staff especially supervisor Paola. We'll definitely book rooms here again. Thank you

I had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made the whole experience smooth from the start. The complimentary transportation van to and from the airport was super convenient and saved me a lot of stress. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the heated pool — it was perfect for relaxing, especially after a long day of travel. I’d definitely stay here again!
