Shuttle not available as bookings taken pre arriva

Have stayed at this hotel before pre cruise and found it to be clean and everything required however on this occasion despite booking and paying a premium for the included cruise ship shuttle was disappointing to learn that on check all available shuttle times we full. When reception was questioned response was one of disinterested stating That it was full. I explained it was under the impression that it was booked on a first come basis and this was just minutes after check in time was advised That customer has called or came to reception either the day night before or early in the morning didn’t seem fair to customers from overseas . However for an Uber which was fine however would not pay the premium this hotel is charging for strike again would stay downtown instead

No water bottles in the room or the vending machine. No restaurants in the hotel. We were In between flights. Checked in at 8pm and checked out at 5pm. We did not have any options for early breakfast or a shuttle to the airport. All services start after 6am. So not ideal for in transit passengers.
