Area does not feel safe. Someone broke into my car tossed it and left a crack pipe on my front seat and there was a shooting just up the road while we were there

I do know use credit cards and never have I travel all over the U.S. and Canada and for whatever reason visa debit and Mastercard debit are not accepted which is strange and had to cancel my reservation and was refunding nothing

We arrived after 9pm for our check in, rang the doorbell to get staff to let us in and it took a very long time to the point we thought we weren’t going to get in. Once inside the front desk had 3 people! Why was there such a delay? Our breakfast buffet was disappointing as the potatoes were dry and the scrambled eggs were overdone. The upside was the staff were nice and attentive for coffee.

Great. Parking was a bit of a twist - either valet or public lot. Reluctantly went with valet, which was fine. But on Saturday evening, one person working the station is not enough.

Pool was really warm and clean. Hot tub was also nice. Room was very clean. No usb ports in room which was disappointing and no onsite parking. But overall a nice stay.
