Unfortunately the bedrooms were downstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Due to a medical condition I am not able to manage stairs and ended up sleeping on a very uncomfortable sofa. The unit was infested with insects, some of which were bed bugs.

The bathroom smelt like mold, the shower drain did not drain, complained about a blood stain on a doona and they returned the doona into a cover and place it back onto my bed. My children's slept under doonas that was fully stained with urine or something, the advertised pool was not available the barbecue area advertised was not available TV remotes missing in the bedroom a lot of rubbish under the beds broken double bed to sleep on, no one ever at reception to speak to face-to-face.

This is a scam, the pool image is AI generated, it is nothing more than a backpacker level accommodation, reception is not attended, nothing works and the staff lied that the pool had only just broken and was being repaired, it had clearly not been used in many years.. Avoid this place unless you are a backpacker.

The room was very tired, I am sure the beds were the same ones from when we stayed 30 years ago. Not enough crockery and cutlery for number room caters for including no teaspoons. Shower drain smelt. Toilets seat was too small for toilet it didn't cover bowl. No outside light for dangerous stairs. Linen was clean and plenty od tea bags.

The room was dated and dilapidated badly needing a refit. The property was poorly maintained and gave me the feeling we might be at risk staying there. I called the manager to cancel and he offered a refund quickly...like he was expecting my call. Still waiting for my money though.

We stayed for 3 days and our room wasn’t cleaned once! The pillow cases were a dubious grey/white. I’d like to think they had been changed after the last guests left but I’m not totally sure. The floors needed sweeping each day, I was staying with a 6 yr old who brought most of the sandpit home in their boots each day, but there was no broom or vacuum cleaner in the room. The floors needed a good mop, you could tell they’d never been mopped by the state of your socks after walking around for 3-4 minutes. Also 2 face washers would’ve been handy so as guests don’t have to share 1 between everyone in the room.

Chap at reception was amazing. Loved everything about our stay here. Not the most modern but for the $, very comfortable... I'll definitely book here again when travelling to Launnie.

This was just okay for a one night stay. There is no sound proofing between units. Sounded like a bunch of kids constantly running around, not sure if it was his tv. Next door smoking outside and the odour came into my unit. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and I actually had a good sleep.

What I liked were the quietness and cosiness, but no kitchen, therefore cleanliness of dishes were unable to do. The staff wanted to wash the dishes in the lavatory where we brush our teeth. No hygiene....

Putting aside the neighbour screaming profanities at her kids and smoking on our shared decking all night.. this is the worst place we have ever stepped foot in. To mention a few issues. Room smelt like feces. The oven is held in with expandafoam The shower tiles are wonky and sharp The lino peeling up around the toilet area, catching dirt, never cleaned Beds are sunken and uncomfortable Top bunk beds have no rails.. kids had to try sleep on the floor There was gum under the table in the bedroom Dining table was under stairs, meant hitting heads when you sat down Possum or rats living in floor and roof. Absolutely freezing even with the heater on. No kettle No soap No tea towels I highly recommend people read reviews on other search sites before they too fall victim. We were booked for 3 nights, but after no sleep on the first night and feeling unsafe, we handed in the keys. Thank you to expedia for giving us our money back for the remaining days.
