Very hilly suburb. Consequently, the walk to the office was very steep, & normally there would not be a problem, but I have very swollen ankles, so found the path a bit dangerous. The manager did come out of his office to collect the keys, to save me walking as far.

Great central location and the perfect base for our trip to Launceston. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. We will stay again next time we visit Launceston.

The property location was perfect for my needs (business). The car park is a little challenging for lower hire cars, but not able to be rectified. The room was large and clean, and comfortable. The only feedback would be the sensor kept turning off air con during the night as it was placed where it was unable to see any movement. Chilly!

Location was great for access to town centre. Accomodation good and had everything we needed. On site parking available, but steep gradient makes it a little challenging getting in and out of cars.

Staff were helpful, but because the property is on a steep slope it was a little difficult for my wife who has mobility issues. We also could not get the TV to work despite help from the staff.

The staff were inviting and helpful. The rooms were a great size and very comfy. The bathroom taps drip quite a bit and require some force to fully shut. The only downside is that there is next to no soundproofing so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you/above you or outside. We had a few noisy kids which made some nights hard to sleep.

Conveniently located in easy walking distance to the CBD. Great for business travel as while the surrounds are a bit tired the room was clean, comfortable and warm. Great value for money.
