Great property and room. Our 2 bedroom apartment (Queen bed + 2 Singles) was very well equiped and comfortable. Apartment was over two levels with bedrroms and bathroom on second level. Convienent location, easy walking distance to Salamanca Place (although hilly). Would highly recommend for families.

We were very fortunate to have stayed at St. Ives as the location made travel and Hobart excursions most enjoyable. The rooms were excellent, well presented and were a delight to come back to after our daily excursions. The staff were welcoming and took a genuine interest in our visit to Hobart. Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of Salamanca and Sandy Bay shops. Great view of Hobart from the balcony. Housekeeping was noticeably excellent with cleaning and refresh daily during our stay. Very pleasant staff and free parking with EV chargers available.Very impressed overall

Excellent location a few minutes walk downhill to Salamanca and a decent cafe, bakery and a pub even closer. Only sour point was late check in, where the front desk closed promptly at 9pm, even after emailing a few days in advance and calling from the taxi from the airport. The hotel staff were leaving just as our cab pulled in at 9.03. Yes, we still got into our room with a phone call and remote lock box, but literally a few more minutes waiting would have been a five star experience for us after travelling for a few hours. Minor point overall - the rest was great.
