The receptionist was helpful and courteous.An old-style motel with facilities kept up to date - modern plumbing etc. Very useful — microwave & toaster plus usual tea & coffee making gear, dishes & some cultery, Free parking and bus stops to and from city just across the road. All v. covenient.

We have stayed here any times as it is very convenient and close to shops etc. The room is a good size, but tired. The microwave is very low on the floor and hard to use. Would be better on the bench

The room was mostly clean except for the windows sills which were covered with dark dust. I asked the staff to clean them and they attempted to remove it, although it still wasn’t 100. The staff were not apologetic and didn’t offer any refunds.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. Was great for the price we paid. Nice and close to Hobart city. Not far to walk into Newtown itself. Rooms a little old but kept well. Great value for your money. Would stay there again.

Room was quiet although you could hear guests in adjacent rooms doing their morning ablutions The decor was dated, doona thin and old and the combined bathroom/toilet was cramped, like being on a cruise ship. The sheets and towels were clean. TV reception was poor..only 7 & sbs. No other channels or streaming It is close to a good shopping area, Coles & Woolies.

Accommodation was good, very good pricing and plenty of parking. I'm not 100% sure if this was supposed to be included in the housekeeping but our kitchenware was not cleaned at all during our trip. And my partner and I found the end of a joint/blunt along the baseboards of our room, but we werent fussed about that but I know others would be

Property was hard to find, front was covered with hedges and mr google kept saying turn now but couldn’t see driveway. Had to get out and walk to find after 3 laps of the block. A sign out front would help. The unit itself was in a good state, clean and tidy.
