Staff was very helpful 5 stars. The property only gets 2 stars - it is run down and needs maintenance - eg fluro lighting fixtures were malfunctioning, shower plumbing was leaking badly, and window curtain tracking was broken. Otherwise, OK.

Room was neat and tidy. Clean and very functional as well as comfortable. Iron was a bit ordinary and the ironing board very ordinary, however this was immediately rectified with a brand new iron and ironing board as soon as I mention it to staff.

The staff were very helpful and easily arranged a late check in for me. My room was a great size, very comfortable, a spa bath and views of Mt Wellington! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hobart, especially if you have a car as they have onsite parking.

First time here. Was a problem with power supply through no fault of owners. Very accommodating. Boiling water for tea/coffee. Rooms are older but very comfortable and functional. Wi-Fi was a little weak but so are many other Hotels. Price was excellent.
