We really enjoyed our stay here. Our apartment was large and so clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Launceston.

Not what we expected !

We had 2 connected rooms. There were many issues: - dishwasher that keeps stopping by itself every 5 - 10 minutes. You then need to click start for the cycle to continue. - kitchen that barely has any cooking utensils. - bathroom taps that keep leaking in both rooms. - mattresses that give you back pain. - loud music and cigarette smoke smell coming from the pub downstairs until midnight. It was not a great stay.

Fabulous

Lovely hotel looking over marina and mountains. Close to a few restaurants and boardwalk for great walks. We loved our balcony room. The bed was amazing and great lounge tv area.

Perfect location!

Lovely apartment and perfect location. The quickest check in! Only disappointment was the terrible wifi (consider it not available!). Was a little perplexed at the mismatch cutlery, only a minor detail but for a hotel with this star rating you expect these simple things to be smart.
