Good experience all around. Only issue was Uber drivers, InstaCart went to wrong hotel. They said the address took them to the Flamingo hotel and NOT the Hilton Vacations front entrance. Something needs to be done about that imho

Nice clean big suite. Room is quiet despite the center location. No cafe on property only a small store with limited choice. A lot of choice of food within walkable distance.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Parking was close and easy to get to. I felt safe, lots of great dining options close within walking distance. Starbucks in walking distance. Cold mini fridge, very large bathtub in studio suite, large bathrooms. Free water bottles daily.

We didn't do breakfast at hotel. The shower backed up in our room and our son"s room had the same issue. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out. This was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It's a good value for the hotel and location

Everything was great! Room was beautiful very spacious. Location was great especially because the monorail is right outside and up the stairs. Loved that the pool and hot tub are open year round. Wonderful place to stay!

There was no breakfast place to eat. The room was very clean. The bed was very hard. I told the front desk they just gave us 3 more blankets. And my husband had to sleep on the cough.
