Perfect location, clean & stylish accommodation, staff were helpful & welcoming 🌟

The staff was very friendly! We lost a watch, and Vianca, the housekeeper, found it and kept it safe for us. They also managed food allergies excellently.

We were skeptic on the location at first but once we got to the neighborhood and hotel, it was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the tube station as well as Big Ben, the locations was excellent. Hotel offers a nice view of Parliament building and the downtown city area. You can also explore some nice pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Grocery stores are also within walking distance. Topping it off is the rooftop restaurant which is very lively and offering some of the best views of London during sunset.

Property is a bit old but service was excellent which made up for everything else.
