Firat time out of Canada and we felt at home. Super friendly staff and just an amzing experience. My next trip i would stay there again in a heart beat.only downfall was everything was card and it ended up costing me more for.meals but thats not Novotels fault. Best experience. Will miss the staff. Wish i had gitten back early enough to say goodbye to the staff vecause they were just amazing.

Nice property just next door to Lambeth Palace, the historic home of Britain's preeminent clergy. Walking distance to central London sights such as the Eye. Even closer are cute streets with affordable and tasty dining and some shopping options.

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel, good location. Nice room, slight wear in the bathrooms which could be improved. Nice comfortable beds. Overall a great base for visiting the sights of London.

Good location, booked a room with 2 beds, came with 1 bed and 1 small couch that converts to a bed. Know that the shower is glass that can be seen right through from room, also the sink is directly in the main room. Fortunately the manager upgraded me to a room with normal bathroom. Thanks! Restaurant is dark and not always open.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. All the rooms on the floor I stayed in did not have AC. When I approached the reception lady she stated she can’t do anything for us as all the rooms were “sold out” and the manager was not on site. She told us to call the agency we booked the stay with and have them deal with it. The room was extremely hot as it was 90 degrees outside. If you can do yourself a favor and avoid booking this hotel.
