If you want to watch the TV in your room ‘We are upgrading the system sorry” The problem but it’s in every room and its all the terrestrial channels and the sky channels are intermittent.’ Hotel excuse not mine

The location is wonderful and a very short walk to the Victoria train station. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, stores nearby. The hotel is very clean and nice. The breakfast is great with tons of variety. Would highly recommend to others to stay here

Great location and has everything you need. The property was absolutely older and the rooms are on the smaller side, but it provided everything we needed for a good nights sleep and to prepare for our days in London. Beds/sheets were clean, bathroom functional, and breakfast (included) got us ready for the day. The hotel has a noticeable “clean” smell (no odour or even bleach) and not musty, which was appreciated. Overall, can’t go wrong with this hotel, especially for its location: close to paddington station, Hyde park, Kensington palace, Harrods, etc. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Excellent Stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff

A good hotel in a fantastic location. Walking distance to Covent Garden and Westminster, steps from the Embankment tube. Worth booking for the location alone. Staff were attentive and kind. The hotel feels polished and upscale without being stuffy or dated, and the basics, air conditioning and shower, all worked as they should. A few downsides: the elevator was slow, leading to some long waits. Walls are thin enough to hear neighbors. The standard double bed was two twin mattresses pushed together, which was genuinely uncomfortable. I’m not usually picky about beds, but this was bad. No view either unless you pay extra for a river-view room. Would visit again, but in a different room.
