We had a six night stay at the hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully and carefully curated. The reception and concierge services were always courteous and friendly. Osmany at the front door was always willing to have a quick chat! The breakfast was outstanding as well as the bar next-door, Equus, which produces delicious drinks and food. It was so close to the nearest tube stop and yet the neighborhood was so very quiet and peaceful. The location near the Thames and Whitehall Gardens was lovely as well. We give this our highest rating and approval and should we be able to visit London again would book this right away!

One of the concierge staff, Chico, kindly gave us a personalized tour of the historic part of the hotel which was one of the highlights of our stay. He even offered to take photos of us which was above and beyond and incredibly kind. We were very happy with our stay!
