People helping with luggage were great! Staff at front counter would not honor price quoted by Orbitz. Air conditioner leaked water into my wife’s suitcase and ruined several items of clothing! No apologies and no offer of compensation! Would not ever choose this hotel again!

My only problem was I expected when luggage storage was offered as an amenity it meant storage overnight-we’ve booked and stayed at several properties where we would add an additional trip somewhere and return to that hotel 1 day later and they held our luggage-not so this trip-they do not do overnight storage so we had to pay 50 pounds to store our luggage overnight

Great stay!

Overall, an amazing stay at this hotel! The reception was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in and the buffet breakfast offered a good selection. The hotel is in a perfectly situated area, walking distance from Buckingham Palace and the Victoria train station.

This is by far on of the best hotels we have ever encountered while on vacation. Great included breakfast - very complete buffet, great location near Victoria station and without a doubt the ambiance is second to none.

Cracking hotel

Fab hotel, location really close to Victoria station. Hotel very clean, breakfast offers a really good choice and rooms are of a really decent size for London. I will now look for this hotel as a first choice when coming to London.

I liked the area in proximity to transportation. It was walkable to most places that we went. The rooms were modern and clean, nice showers and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I did wish that they had a concierge, but they were helpful in giving directions.
