A very pleasant stay and perfectly licated for theatreland and central London attractions. Very attentive and friendly staff, quick and easy check-in and able to leave bags early so we could go explore. Room was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. Room was very clean. Staff were excellent, very polite and understanding. There were no queues. The breakfast buffet was superb. I was disappointed with no toothbrushes or slippers in the room, which I am used to in Japan. Also by mistake arrange a room with no window in the basement which I now regret, and I also was surprised there was no bath in the room, only a shower, because I enjoy baths. I didn't notice the no-bath mentioned on the website but maybe it was.
