Room was spacious and new. Towels were thick and clean. Hot water for shower were almost immediate unlike certain hotels that take a while to heat up. The breakfast selection must be one of the best around. In terms of location it’s very convenient and about 3-5 min to Victoria station where you can catch a train to Gatwick Airport. The bus terminal located here also means many buses end here. Becos the hotel is rather big and strangely designed, it can be a challenge walking through a maze of corridors to find your room.

Wasn't sure what it would be like to sleep in a basement level room but I loved it! It was a little foreign to have a large backlit screen mimicking a window, but once the lights were out the blacked-out room made for a fantastic night's sleep. The room was modern and clean and had that premium feel to it. The free buffet breakfast was a great addition, lots of choice for a fully cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee etc. Staff at check in were professional and courteous, there was a good system to keep your bags secure if you get in early and the room isn't ready. They send an email once you can check in. The proximity to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station made it super easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Spacious room. Fridge in the room. Breakfast is lovely 😊 The only issue was the internet connection problem. But other than that it’s a lovely hotel. It’s in the centre of London. So commuting either by train; Tube, bus etc is convenient. Lastly, the staff were friendly and polite.
