Compared to other hotels in a similar price range this hotel comes out top for me. Rooms arent huge, but are modern, clean and everything works as it should. Breakfast is the best ive had in london for a buffet style, gets you the fuel to see you through the day.

The staff were accommodating. The room was big and clean. The hotel was easy access to the train station. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit London.

Was ok, elevator was not in service when we arrived. But was working within a few hours later. No city view from first floor. But room was accommodating.

Very Poor Service

Hotel was ok, relatively clean, although sofabed in the family room was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but the service was very poor all round. Check in experiance with Ogberta was very unpleasant. Im not sure why she felt the need to talk to us like dirt, roll her eyes and constantly huff and sigh, but but probably the worst check in I've had from a hotel like this. With the exception of one guy at breakfast, the staff generally seemed pretty oblivious and inconsiderate to guests. At breakfast they were barging people out the way or just blocking people from accessing the buffet. When asking to get by with a pushchair you just got a scowl. Cleaning service also just enter into rooms without knocking. I found the whole experience quite odd. No regard for customer service. In many instances with the staff being activley unpleasant rather than passivley so. There's so many other simmilar hotels in the area with better service, so if that's something you value, stay elsewhere.

Breakfast was very good. Its a large restaurant and could accommodate many patrons. Cleaning crew were efficient and lovely. The check in and check out process was seamless as well. Location is very convenient for train, bus and taxi access.

This is a beautiful hotel located in an ideal area. Hotel Riu London is a superb choice for travel. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean! Breakfast was great.

Average experience.

The hotel is new and looks nice, but there are several things that don’t work properly. The service at the front desk is terrible, and the attitude of the staff is really bad. I can only highlight two people who didn’t serve me directly at first, but they noticed the attitude of their colleagues and later called me to help. The hotel is like a maze, very confusing, and additionally, be careful because they have rooms without windows in a basement.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding.
