Great staff nice rooms:) nice pool area

There were many scrapes and stains in the room. Other than that the room was good.

The room did not meet expectations, especially considering the resort fee we were required to pay. Noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, particularly in the early morning when we were trying to sleep in. I would have expected better soundproofing, as found in many other hotels, but that was not the case here. The room was also not very functional—there was only one chair, and the table was too small, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. Additionally, the amenities felt lacking given the added cost of the resort fee. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family.

Why is there a $17.65 amenities fee, when the front desk could not even explain what amenities was available. There were no complimentary water in the room, there were bottles of wine and coffee but no note whether these were a charge. Some toiletries were not replenish the second day. The street noise was quite audible. The room doors did not have a secondary latch for security.
