Love the location, very convenient for business. Property still under renovation but improving. Coffee availability was excellent, would be nice if there were some breakfast options. Housekeeping and grounds staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff efficient but not always friendly or helpful. Very good price for the area.

The property is run down but clean. The staff is very friendly. The room had poor lighting, a very creeky bed, and no curtain panels under the light blocking curtains, so we couldn't open the curtains becas we were on the first floor and anyone walking to the parking lot could look into our room.

Noisy air window mount type in wall air conditioning unit. And when reserved, wsd led to believe the hotel provide breakfast, and they only provide coffee. The room door does not seal properly thete is about 1/4 inch gap between it and the door frame, shower water teperature changes as one under the shower from hot to cold and back, generally depelatated ptoperty condition , tho seems some efgort was spent to sproose it ip by a low quality paint job

Just ok

Employees very friendly and helpful. Area not the best but felt safe because of security and gates. Walls are paper thin, so if light sleeper, you’ll hear everything. Also bed was very uncomfortable. Had indentation, lumps and bed frame would move and squeak terribly with any movement.

Terrible experience

The room was not secure, tv remote and air conditioner remote did not work. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the people in the next room as if they were right there with you. Didn't look like they had cleaned well because there were other people's leftovers left there. You have to turn in your towels and get your own towels. But most importantly, they took a picture of my driver's license and credit card for their file. When my daughter checked in they did not ask for hers and she was in a separate room with a separate reservation. When questioned, Eric got very snippy and said that I could either pay $250 more or give my credit card and driver's license to be copied. I did request the paperwork when I left but they could have made more copies. Made me very uneasy. Will never stay there again. Also when driving up there were homeless people around the parking lot. It was very unkept in the parking lot.
