First assigned Room was not good but Ms Jennifer at the front desk listened to my concerns and resolved the issue You need to put sign on the door and go to front desk and request maid Service ** I did both but room “was not” cleaned when I returned that evening The garden area and landscaping is beautiful

I took one look and smell at the room and promptly left. People loitering outside the gate smoking. I never even stayed there but they refused to refund any money so I had to pay for 5 nights that I never used. I used hotels.com which I will never use again.

Positive - free parking - coffee all day - good nearby hotels for foods. Negative - room was not clean specifically carpet was dull and old - Washrom has broken tap and bath tub only shower was working for kitchenette room. - Rooms are not fresh they should use room freshners . Overall just for stay its good if u are roaming all the day and need kitchen options for kids. Service and front desk is good.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Room was clean but needs updating. Beds feel old. The mini kitchenette was cool but no pans so it’s kind of pointless. Outside area was clean. Location was great. Next to the freeway and many stores.
