Staff at check-in are extremely helpful. Very comfortable room, and great food in the restaurant.

2 ladies on reception were veey welcoming and efficient upon check in. The whole hotel is pristinely clean. The room was spacious , spotless and comfortable. Everythkng was modern and the little toiches such as bottled water and slippers were very much appreciated. The location is so convenient for the train station , as well as local shops , bars etc. We didnt eat here at all as we already had other plans but now i wish we did as the food looked really good and fairly priced. The bar area is again very clean and welcoming.

Nice hotel, but the air con in the room doesnt really cool the room as much as youd want. Staff were friendly and helpful though. Breakfast was nice, but milk was warm and they ran out. When youre paying £22 for it, not really good enough. Close to terminal, but a premium price is too much for the level of room on offer

Excellent Room

This place is amazing. From the outside the property looks very uninspiring but step inside and it is a different world. The sympathetic conversion of the building is incredible. Wonderful friendly staff, great food and drink. Our room was wonderful and a great size with view of Everton’s new stadium. If you go to Liverpool you must stay here.

Very small rooms, twin beds might as well have been a double they were that close together. Ok for the price and only one night.
