I arrived after 11pm and was given room 518. No one around except 1 checkin person. My room was very cold. No instructions on how thermostat worked. TV reception bad on all channels. jumped into bed asap for some warmth. Thought I had found a green light on thermostat but in the morning still cold and did not dare venture a shower. Not a cosy experience.

Stayed for the night as we had an early flight the next day. The staff were great, very friendly and informative. Decided to eat at the hotel instead of heading back into the city and glad we did as it was fantastic, not just generic hotel food you come to expect.

Hotel was great apart from the tv in the room didn’t work properly. It was so pixelated that it was unwatchable. We have stayed here before and the tv in the room was also faulty so this is second time we have experienced this. We complained to staff on checkout but they didn’t seem interested
