Firstly, the location is excellent! Everything on your doorstep. I received a warm welcome when I arrived. Very friendly. The ensuite double room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle and tea/coffee selection, T.V. and decent view, considering. On checkout, much the same. Very helpful. Charged my phone for me which doesn't sound much but was a life saver. Many thanks for that. Happy to recommend this hotel.

The location was great, very central to taking the tube or train from King's Cross or St. Pancras. The building is older but still very nice. Very small shower, couldn't bend over to shave my legs. Attached patio was convenient.

Large and convenient room. Nice staff. Ok Breakfast.

Was good for our short overnight stay in London. Very convenient for Kings Cross station (a very short walk) Clean room but very small and facilities were down the landing. Steep stairs to the room we had on the third floor. Basic but would probably use this hotel again as it was low priced and in the right area.

The rooms are VERY small. Great if you and your gear fits, but 2 people with luggage will struggle. Expedia's photos are not accurate. The location worked, so an OK rating

Between a 3 and 4, had a room without a window which was the size of the bed and not much more, but helpful staff and asked for quiet and it was. Shower etc all fine. Only real criticism was that the bedding and duvet etc were all polyester and not great quality.
