Pet friendly accommodation in Kings Cross St. Pancras

Great location near Kings Cross station. Breakfast was enjoyable and the bed was comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always a smile on their faces and willing to have a quick chat. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was really well designed and comfortable. My central heating wasn’t working but a member of staff immediately sorted out a heater for me. Excellent value - I’ll stay there again.

Warm, cozy and felt safe

Stayed in a superior twin room on the 5th floor, which was clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower (important because I have mobility issues). It was on the small side but not cramped. The decor seemed to be fairly new and in good shape, of a dark gray neutral sort. Staff on check-in were friendly, quick and helpful. It's a massive hotel that takes huge tour groups, so there were several hordes clumped together in the lobby and in the street area outside; there is also no visible place to sit and relax in the lobby, which is designed to get a lot of people through check-in quickly. I was so glad to find there was express checkout! There are several restaurants in the hotel which I didn't try, and lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Very close to everything in Bloomsbury. There was street noise at night but nothing extreme.

This hotel is a very specific solution that does its job excellently. It is clean, bright, the team communicates clearly and frequently. The rooms are comfortable and there is attention to detail paid to the small things. Extras include: ability to store luggage, a small 'tuck' shop including recycled chargers, fruit, maps, many necessities and comforts. The staff make you feel like you have arrived somewhere that cares.
