Great place to stay

I definitely focus on cleanliness as a first priority. This place was extremely clean (we did have a room in the newer tower) and I would stay here again. Very close to food and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff has the utmost respect for everyone and very accommodating. The location was perfect , and most importantly the beds were so soft and amazing to sleep on.

The property was in a nice location. The keys wouldn’t work numerous times, which was inconvenient. They ended up having to change the lock. Families showed up the day before we left with many kids. The kids ran around everywhere, trashed the gym and other areas, and made it impossible to use either pool since they ran everywhere yelling and jumping in pools. Staff need to control the environment if you expect guests to have a good experience. Also, keep the gift shop open later. We wanted a light snack at around 4 pm and went down, but it was closed.

My wife and I had a great week at this hotel! Nice pool area and hot tubs. They also had free bikes to ride and pickleball courts! Walked around the area and rented car for half of our trip! It was just a wonderful week!
