Nice garden and tennis court view, slight Ocean view. This two bedroom with loft has a new king bed in the master bedroom also small flat screen TV. Queen bed in loft making this condo comfortable for 3 couples, or large family. The new queen Hide a bed in living room is the most comfortable couch. Downstairs bedroom has new twin beds. Nice rattan furniture in both Bedrooms. Living room provides large flat screen TV. Nice carpet 2 years old, light grey. Very well stocked kitchen. Baths have shower & tub inserts. Classy style, clean and inviting.

*This unit has beach chairs but does not come with a beach umbrella. They are available for rent close by.

Perfect Maui Getaway – Steps from the Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from Kihei town and steps away from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was truly magical. The place itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Maui and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The location of the property was great. Walking distance to shops and the beach. The unit provided us with plenty of beach towels and chairs. The unit needs some updating. The furniture and carpet have seen their days. My biggest complaint was the cockroaches that came out on our last night. We trapped 5 huge ones! Gross. Overall, the place was okay. I would stay again if I knew the roaches would be gone.

Great location in Kihei

Spacious for family of 5. Great location walking distance to Kam 3, to swim with the turtles! Easy to get to, managers were really helpful and easy to work with. The place is a little dated and only has window a/c units in the bedrooms but with a nice cross-breeze it was just fine!

Wonderful family vacation

This was the first time staying in a rented condo and there is no other way to do it with a family of our size (6). Property and condo were very clean. Property is not one of the closest to all the restaurants but not a bad walk. We would be happy staying here again.

Really good overall - we had a very pleasant stay. I give it a solid four stars for the following reasons: Since there weren't any scrubby brushes or sponges or anything to clean the dishes with, it was hard to get dishes clean, like the pan we used to cook eggs. I noticed that a previous guest had dealt with the same thing; there was at least one dirty dish on the shelf. So if you buy scrubby sponges and use the bug spray if needed, and make sure to rinse the silverware before you use it since bugs would hide in that drawer (there were quite a few bugs in the kitchen/bathroom area on the main floor - I think they hide in the walls), it's a wonderful place! I know it's Hawaii, and bugs are to be expected there more than other places. I was grateful for how many towels were stocked, and there were some condiments and things, and we all slept well, and it was a great place to be! Just buy some sponges!

Beautiful condo in a gorgeous setting

First, I do not have enough nice words to say about Cayla, at the Hale Kamaole property management. This was a last-minute booking for a family emergency and it could not have been nicer. This condo is perfection! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Condo propre et bien situé

Condo allure champêtre année 80. Seulement les salles de bain ont été rénovées. Très propre et bien entretenu. Situé à quelques minutes d’une magnifique plage. Près des toutes les commodités en moins de 10 minutes de voiture. Cependant, nous étions 6 et seulement 3 chaises pour manger à table, 3 pour la table extérieure. Très rudimentaire pour cuisiner, raison pour laquelle on loue un condo (en plus à un prix exorbitant).
