Dirty floors

Dirty floors in the room, took a shower, walked around barefoot had to step back in the shower to retrieve something, the shower floor was wet, it was clear from my footprints that the bottom of my feet were dirty from walk around

For being trapped in New York due to flight cancellations I thought it went very well. The staff here was INCREDIBLE! Very impressed about the staff more than anything else. I mean EXEMPLARY service . That is rare in todays age

Marriott is always a nice place, but this neighborhood was a bit sketch. Very nice staff and good rooms. Some computer glitches caused quite a wait for check in, but they were trying hard. Might suggest more airport shuttles at peak times. We counted four shuttles in the parking lot, but only one making airport deliveries.

Was a problem with the water was dirty and don’t desk said was a problem with the city water , but I don’t understand why don’t tell me before I check in . I have picture of the water come color yellow. And Marriot Customer service just one to give me 10,000 points is equal to $100 dlls and I paid like more 300 dlls for one night 😡

The computer system was down and so I couldn't even get a room. The lobby was full of people at 2 o'clock in the morning. Ultimately, I had to leave and go to another hotel across the street.
