We will always stay here before or after an international flight. Great staff, excellent buffet breakfast at a great price and the family rooms are great. Sometimes room prices are high but on the right date this property offers fantastic value for money and ticks most boxes!

HOP, SKIP, JUMP&RELAX

FRONT DESK WERE FRIENDLY. They kept our luggage as we ventured off to see Chinatown. The room was clean and comfortable. The room temperature was chilly and we had no heat. We were grateful for an extra half hour . We heard no airport traffic nor sounds of aircrafts, it was very quiet and relaxing.

Good hotel for Sydney Airport

This is a good hotel for Sydney airport. It is adjacent to the international terminal, and you can walk to the international terminal easily. If you are traveling through the domestic termina, you will need to take a free airport bus between terminals. It is not possible to walk between terminals. The hotel was clean and comfortabe.

Our stay was fabulous. Only complaint was staff at checkin-she was very rude and didn’t want to help us initially and kept telling us to go to auto check in. When I told her I had but that a couple of features like late checkout and food credit weren’t showing up, she wasn’t happy about helping us. Rest of staff were very pleasant.
