I’ll stay at the quest was very smooth. Its location was perfect for visiting the many attractions of Liverpool and only within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff were bubbly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and effortless. Elizabeth made my birthday weekend special with complementary Prosecco and an upgrade to a larger room. This was more than we expected and was a pleasant surprise. Communication was excellent and staff on hand to answer any queries we had. Just note the location is in a busy nightlife area and so was very lively at night. This didn’t however cause a problem as the rooms were well soundproof. Overall fantastic day and we would definitely use this hotel again.

Our first time visiting Liverpool and it was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Eleanor at the front desk went the extra mile and found us a different room with a more comfortable bed. We really appreciated this. The location was very convenient so we were able to walk everywhere. We finally stayed in one night and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and afterwards we wished we would have done it more because the food was great!!!! When we get a chance to return to Liverpool we will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Credit where it’s due, the service was fantastic and the hotel was one of the most aesthetically pleasing we’ve ever stayed in. Special mention to Joyce one of the maids took the time to talk to myself, answer questions and represented the note really well. One of the best nights away we’ve ever had. Thank you!

Great hotel. Good location for Liverpool one and Albert dock. Clean and quiet rooms. Would stay hear again
