Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, nice that the doors separated the bedroom from the fold out couch, and within a short walk to the bus/train.

No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing.
