Very bare bones room. Looks like former hospital rooms. Only seating in room was collapsible stool hanging on wall. No barrier around shower to prevent the rest of the bathroom floor from getting wet. Most of shower space taken up by non-removable shower chair. Location was convenient for walking around Glasgow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All clean and tidy with comfortable beds and good toilet and shower unit. We have used it a few times recently and have more booked. Very happy all round.

Loved it. Rainbow strobe was awesome. Bed was super comfy. Only downsides were that there was no counter top, eg like a table, and the water pressure for the shower was weak.

I've stayed before a few times at Point A, as it is a very convenient location for heading to a gig in town, and of decent enough standard for one night, but the room this time seemed very tired. The wall beside the bed was dirty and marked, the grout in the bathroom floor was chipped, and the shelf between beds was falling off the wall. I don't understand any hotel room only putting a plug and usb socket besides one bed and not at both sides, and annoyingly this was the case in the room. The main light could do with being a little brighter but otherwise in general - the checkin was easy, the beds are comfy enough, there's plenty space to hang clothes, and staff were polite

Great staff and nice location in Glasgow

Great location, great staff, clean rooms. We got one of the windowless rooms, which wasn't as terrible as it sounds. The room is decorated with lots of mirrors and a way to change the lighting easily, so it is well lit enough that it felt bigger than it was. That said, they are very small rooms. We had two bags and had to close them, because otherwise we couldn't get to the bed. But, it was just two of us and the location and other amenities were good enough that it didn't matter. Worth the inconvenience of that for the location and kind staff.

This property is okay if you just need a place to sleep for a night, would not recommend it for multiple nights. The hotel was dirty and the staff was not interested in hospitality. Good for a night sleep over.
