I love this place! Great location and great water pressure. Staff very helpful. Lots of restaurants, shops & music walking distance. One block from train & cabs. Lots of easy buses and underground a block away. Pretty quiet too considering the location. We took the free tour of the city chambers across George Square this visit which was super interesting. Recommend highly

Staff were a 5/5 they were extremely helpful and friendly! They kept our luggage for us before and after check in. Our room which was on the fifth floor was cold! We had a wall of windows that you could feel the cold air coming in so we kept the curtains closed. We also had to use the plug in heater that was in our room. No conditioner in the shower just shampoo and body wash. No Kleenex n

This was by far our favorite of 4 hotels during 10 days in Scotland. Location is excellent, the room was spacious, well designed and laid out, lovely attention to detail with the decor. Stairs coming up to the building were a bit tricky, but only because I overpacked. ;) The kitchenette is actually fairly large and well stocked. Staff were delightful during our brief stay. I would not hesitate to book here again.
