Lots of new staff who just aren't as friendly and welcoming. Its a shame because thats what i i liked about this hote the quality of the breakfast isnt good and its impossible to find a seat on the weekends.

Stained toilet seat and something splattered on the walls around the same area. Don’t dare to guess what it was. Found a half eaten chocolate bar in a drawer. No extras like makeup removing accessories or cotton wool buds. No sewing kit. No fridge. Diver far too heavy. Highly impersonal online check-in. Two tiny sachets of coffee… All more like a 2 star hotel.
