Overnight stay

Just an overnight stay after a late flight into Glasgow airport. Had expected it to be basic and it was. Very clean. the double room was 10x8 and couldn’t get air con to work. Non opening window. Was claustrophobic. Excellent value for money however and it did the job. Car park just across the road so everything was super easy.

I felt that the price of the room was a bit high. It didn't have any coffee/tea facilities in the room, only at the reception. Other hotels I've stayed at have this.

The property was so filthy that i couldn’t stay and have requested a full refund. staff were rude when i tried to ask for assistance on the smell, noises and stains in my room and they replied with snarky and rude comments. it was the worst hotel experience i have ever had and caused me to do a 5.5 hour drive home on top of the 5.5 hours drive there because i couldn’t stay on the hotel

The hotel is in a great location for the Conservatoire and easy access to the City Centre. Bed was very comfortable too. Bathroom was very compact but perfectly usable, shower was hot. Appreciate that it is a budget hotel but tea making facilities would have been appreciated, also another pillow would have been good and a small table to put things on would have been useful.

Room was clean and tidy, bed was soft enough for decent nights sleep. Sadly pillows weren't all that comfortable a little flat for my liking. As for the TV it's a bit too high up the wall. Other then that a decent 2 night stay, with the city centre about 10 minuet walk. Staff were friendly.

Rooms are small and very basic but was ideal for my 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only down side was the lift was out of order when I returned in the evening, that wasn’t so good for my legs going up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Room is the size of a large cupboard . Toilet is size of a wardrobe witha cheap tacky orange sink . Listed as dog friendly but will add £10 per dog per night and £15 cleajing fee (ie 2 dogs 1 night will cost an aditionsl £45) and not alowed to be left unatended . The worst hotel ive ever stsyed in . Moxye etc are similar priced. Never again will i stay at SL easy hotel
