Wonderful modern hotel. Super clean and comfortable with great staff. Only issue was with no coffee makers in the room I would have expected somebody to have been around to operate the coffee shop downstairs, which I did not see once.

Really enjoyed our stay at citizenM! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, just a 12-minute walk from Glasgow Central, with plenty of food spots within walking distance. The room was good; we would’ve liked it even more if it had a mini fridge or a kettle. Other than that, everything was great!

This hotel does not have luxuries of a 5 star hotel, neither do they claim to. But their cleaning service and their staff was impeccable. I did not take breakfast inclusion so cannot comment on that. The room was very tiny. There was probably only space to take 10 steps in the whole room end to end. The sink is outside of the bathroom and doubles up as vanity. Sink is very very narrow. So be careful brushing your teeth.. Toiletries and towels very basic. The room has all controls centralized on an ipad, which i thought was pretty cool. TV has basic channels, nothing fancy. Bed was very comfortable and linens were good Surroundings of the hotel are not very clean and appealing but thats not hotel's fault. The biggest plus for this Hotel is that it is very walkable to everything. Dining, shopping, all the tours starting points, to the bus station and to the train station. U don't need to take a cab anywhere. The city bus routes start right from outside of this hotel.

Great value, great stay!

Great stay, excellent breakfast options but quite expensive (the breakfast). Very friendly and helpful staff. The iPad and TV didn't work as well as expected, but that's no biggie. Pro tip: change the bedsheets to vertical, so you don't have to step over each other when visiting the toilet at night ;).

CitizenM in Glasgow was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The room control via iPad was a bit silly. We never ate there so can't address food. One elevator was broken.

Great location - very convenient

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Big bed, but limited floor space. Good for basics and lots of working space for business travel. Great location for f&b, shopping, public transport etc.
