This place is so dated. Only the staffs are still 5 stars, however not including the cleaning crew.

The proximity to the shopping precinct and the many differnet restaurants around the hotel was excellent... almost too many to choose from.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the effort put into making our celebration feel personal and memorable genuinely meant a lot to us. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression. The entire experience — from the beautiful room to the impeccable service throughout the hotel — was first class. Our anniversary was made unforgettable thanks to Taylor and the wonderful team. We can’t wait to return again soon.

I only stayed there due to the proximity to the convention centre. What I didn't like was the fact the TV remote wasn't working and the shower head in the bathroom was broken.
