Floors were squeaky in room and un hallways. Landscaping people came to mow and blow leaves before 8am, making too much noise and not considerate of guests who may still be sleeping.

The staff were great, and the room and shuttle service were everything I wanted. One complaint: the website needs to be updated, as the breakfast hours for the restaurant were incorrect. One nit picked: the bathroom door trim needs to be replaced. (There's no functional issue, it just looks bad.) Overall, pretty good place: I'd stay there again.

The rooms are a bit outdated. The entire premises seem dirty and dark, there is carpet with plenty of stains all around the hotel. The room that I received was a bit smelly from smoke, the carpet was dirty but from old age. The room layout is from the 2000s, so it was outdated. The bed was comfortable and I only stayed from 6pm to 5am.

Tammie at the front desk was great. There was a customer (maybe under the influence) being very rude and disrespectful. Tammie handled it with grace and kindness, did not get flustered, defensive or rude back. I was very impressed.

Sorry I had asked for them to please clean my room and put new towels. The front desk said that it would happen and they would get it done.. but I heard him asking the housekeeping to go get it done over the walkie-talkie and she refused. Not only that didn’t sleep all night due to the fact the people next-door West was talking so loud and making so much noise with not recommend this hotel for nothing..

This hotel is old and could use some updating; however, the rooms are larger than those in most hotels of this price range, and they are kept clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. I had an early flight and needed shuttle service at 4 AM, and both the staff and the driver were extremely helpful. This is my second stay at this hotel due to my flight schedule. Overall, I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay because of flight-related needs.
