The pool service was beautiful. The staff Cory and Sem where very polite and welcoming they assisted in may ways Yet I’m still waiting for Security to reach out to me about the issue I had with the connecting doors my neighbor interrupted out sleep and made us feel unsafe because they were able to open the door on their side . Leaving behind a memory and bad experience to this stay hopefully this can be addressed for others traveling families.

I really enjoyed this hotel! I do wish that upon check, we would have been told about the additional perks we received. Instead they were on the inside flap on the room key holder (turned upside down). Kind of felt like they didn’t want us to know about the amenities. We also did not receive our $10 off per day perk when we went to the restaurant attached to the hotel

Evelyn was outstanding. After her the rest of the experience wasequivalemt to a motel 6. One of the managers accised us of high jacking a cabana but when we tried to explain we didn't see a sign he got an attitude with sayong there "should have been a sign" when we got checked in the room was 62 degrees. When we reported that we couldn't get the thermostat to work we were told there was nothing they could do Wont be syaying staying any of these propertoes again based on this experince

Great stop before a cruise!

we stayed at the Sonesta 2 days before boarding a cruise ship out of Port Everglades. The location was perfect. Great views of the ocean with the beach across the street. It was far enough away from the spring break madness but close to restaurants and other attractions. The hotel was modern, clean and the restaurant and pool were nice features to enjoy.

The rooms are not clean, extremely cold, the temperature is not adjustable in the room. There is barely any comforter in the room, only a bed flat sheet. Everything feels dirty and humid. Lots of fees everything you do.

Valet parking quite expansive and room only has double bed option! It tough to sleep two adults! Bathroom is small overall close to beach and walkable and good food around it!
