Service, broken safe, did not get fixed. No extra pillows. My grandson sliped and fell in the pool area and they only filled out a incident report, was offered ice packs that never came. Worst brekfast ever. Waffles and toast only.

Looks nice, smells bad.

The hotel looked nice enough but the smell of mildew was overwhelming. If you have asthma or anyone in your trip does, I would not suggest this hotel. We stayed and the room did look clean and the front desk was very friendly and efficient but the smell was bad. The pool was also out of commission while we were there for maintenance but that’s not what made it a less than great stay.

The king room small for $200. The hallways and rooms had a strange incense smell that was almost nauseating. Staff pleasant, and amenities in room sufficient. Shuttle service nice for airport drop off.

Horrible shuttle experience and customer service l

Waited 2 hours in cold, rainy, and windy weather for their Sleep Inn shuttle. What they failed to tell us after several calls is the shuttle is under Red Roof Inn, not Sleep Inn. We liked the hotel location and will be back, but Uber will be worth it next time.

Staff were very accommodating and continental breakfast were very good. One and only complaint was the wifi internet speed which was unbearably slow. I needed reliable and reasonably fast which was not available. Staff acknowledged that an improvement was needed
