Staff were good. We were there for one night. The hotel and the room had a funky smell, I want to say humidity but not sure. Apparently the room was clean, but we had an uninvited creature (cockroach) in our room.

The front desk lady was rude and not helpful at all. The shuttle took over 40 minutes to pick up at the airport. The room was clean but hallways smelt like old carpet. I wouldn’t stay there again.

No service was terrible. It took over an hour and a half for the shuttle to get to the airport. Hotel is only 10 minutes away.

Shuttle phone line disconnects after 30 seconds if they put you on hold FYI. Happened multiple times and not worth calling - just call the hotel directly. Facilities need an upgrade, elevator is SLOW and scratched to heck, breakfast is basically a waffle, toast, and prepacked yogurt. Pool is outdoors and pretty decent. Staff is super friendly however!

Or room had bugs come out all over as soon as the lights were out. Found them scattering in the room & bathroom in the middle of the night. I told the front desk in the am, (the hotel was full) and they offered a 15% discount. Will not stay again.
