One of the rooms we rented had an insect in the bathroom and the TV did not work. We were given a $20 refund but then my card was charged for that same $20 credit so no refund was actually given for the inconvenience. In addition our flight was delayed due to no fault of ours and the airport shuttle ended after we landed so we had to pay additional money out of pocket for an uber to get to the hotel. Overall the room served its purpose for an overnight layover but it wasn’t the best experience.

I had a much better experience the second time staying. The room was bigger, cleaner and no plumbing issues like last time. The shower serms renovated and had a very good flow. Staff was ok however breakfast was mediocre; need better options.

This was an average property, but worth our stay before and after our cruise. The furniture was dated, but not in disrepair. Bed was very comfortable. We were able to walk to get something to eat. Crystal and Noel were helpful. We also took advantage of the airport shuttle.

Not at all what was advertised or expected. Cockroaches in the room immediately when we got there. Many stains on pull out couch. Smears annd handprints all over bathroom, walls, and doors. Bugs in closets. Staff unhelpful and rude (with the exception of the lovely continental breakfast lady, she was great!!!) limited staff , were told there was nobody to clean our room and help make a bed. Was given our own sheets and gloves to do it ourselves. Asked to change room, from desk lady was extremely rude. Smelled of mould/mildew - our clothes held the smell even after we left. Garbage, dirty dishes, dirty laundry, and clumps of hair in the hallway the whole time we were there. Very disappointing.

We were 6 hours early (just got off a cruise). The clerk was so friendly and helpful with storing our luggage and giving suggestions for places to go eat, etc. She was wonderful. Sorry I missed her name.
